Hi, I’m Josef.
9 years working with enterprise systems — from running Helios in-house for the accounting and payroll teams to leading integrations between DMS and ERP.
At DOCU-X we build DMS modules for contracts, invoices, receipts and other business documents — with document flow, approvals, OCR data capture and connections to accounting systems such as AbraFlexi, Helios, K2 or QI. I lead the integrations: I talk to customers, estimate scope, write the code and hand it over with documentation.

- Building connectors between DMS/OCR and ERP systems: AbraFlexi, Helios iNuvio and Nephrite, K2, QI. REST, SOAP and direct SQL writes, ARES and VIES lookups.
- DMS modules for contracts, receipts and business documents: document flow, approvals and ERP connections.
- Automated processing of incoming invoices, from OCR data capture to posting in the accounting system.
- Customer communication, development estimates, testing and handover with documentation.
